This is the registration form for private lessons. After you register for your private lessons, Coach Justin or Jasmin will contact you with possible lesson times. Private lessons take place at one of our locations: Evergreen Valley College, Kevin Moran Park, Willow Glen Middle School, and Morgan Hill.
